Description

Bridges reaches out to millions of service providers and businesses whose daily work connects them with people in poverty. During this 2-day training, you’ll find case studies, detailed analysis, helpful charts and exercises, and specific solutions you and your organization can implement right now to:

– Redesign programs to better serve the people you work with;
– Build
skill sets for management to help guide employees;
– Upgrade
training for front-line staff like receptionists, caseworkers and managers;
– Improve
treatment outcomes in health care and behavioral health care;
– Empower individuals to attain self-sufficiency through productive employment.


The trainings will begin at 9:00am and last until 3:30pm.

The 2-day trainings are as follows:

April 19-20: Great Escape Lodge, 89 Six Flags Drive, Queensbury, NY

April 21-22: Holiday Inn, 412 State Route 3, Plattsburgh, NY

April 25-26: HFM Prevention Council, 86 Briggs Street, Johnstown, NY

April 28-29: Great Escape Lodge, 89 Six Flags Drive, Queensbury, NY

May 5-6: Queensbury Hotel, 88 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY

May 12-13: High Peaks Resort, 2384 Saranac Ave, Lake Placid, NY
